Get ready for college auditions in a warm and rigorous environment.
For Rising Seniors · All Genres · Washington, DC · August 13, 2026
Know what to expect before it matters most.
College auditions are unlike anything dancers have experienced before. The format is demanding, the stakes feel enormous, and most students arrive without ever having practiced the process itself. Our Mock College Audition Day gives rising seniors the chance to do exactly that — in a professionally structured, supportive environment designed to build confidence and sharpen readiness.
What the day includes
Students move through each core component of a college audition experience:
A mock audition class that mirrors the format and expectations of university and conservatory auditions. A solo performance with real-time coaching from experienced educators and artists. A mock college interview that prepares students to speak about their artistry, goals, and training with clarity and confidence. A talkback and feedback sessionthat gives students specific, actionable guidance to carry into audition season.
Rising seniors of all styles who are preparing to audition for college dance programs — BFA, BA, conservatory, or university dance departments.
